Pull back lobster tail meat to the last tail section, keep intact. Carefully bread the lobster meat only, avoid getting breading on the shell. Slowly place the breaded part of the tail into the deep fryer, then drop the shell in. Deep fry about 3-4 minutes until shell is bright red and meat is golden brown. Place meat in toasted bun and shell up as a garnish. Serve with drawn butter (optional).
